PROBLEM: Patients with COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) may think that using their inhaler over and over keeps their condition at bay. In reality, it's only making matters worse.

SOLUTION: We took this message, combined it with the insight that COPD sufferers watch hours of reality TV a day, and created a campaign that spoke to them about getting a maintenance treatment in an interesting way.
