Louder Than TB

PROBLEM: While cases of Tuberculosis (TB) have become rare in the US, the disease is still the cause of an estimated 1.8 million per year worldwide. So why does the awareness of TB feel so silent? 

SOLUTION: Through the campaign "Louder Than TB", we worked with the TB alliance to create a unique song and interactive experience to raise awareness and some noise on the issue.

WORKING TOGETHER

At Unicef Headquarters on “World TB Day”, we installed five video panels. In the middle was a coughing girl who represented TB sufferers. When visitors stepped up to the screens, other sounds would play. When everyone stood together, the videos combined to form a new song.

Getting the Word Out

We hosted a facebook event and promoted it on our Louder than TB instagram page. 

Following Up

We thanked visitors who helped us "get loud" and sent a message that we could all become louder than TB.
